A wall of Nojo digital wristbands — one pass per person, branded per event.

DIGITAL WRISTBANDSTHAT LEAVE A RECORD.

Nojo replaces physical wristbands with digital ones and leaves your chapter a named, real-time record of exactly who was checked in.

A wristbandproves nothing.

Four identical branded wristbands — one original and three photocopies, indistinguishable at the door.

1 original · 3 copies · 0 ways to tell

Copied in seconds. A paper band is a pattern, not a credential. Anyone can copy it.

You lose it at handoff. The second a wristband leaves your hand, control goes with it. Whoever ends up wearing it gets in, and you’d never know the difference.

Nothing to stand on. When someone official asks who was at your event, “we think” isn’t an answer.

Claim. Show. Track.

The pass

Every attendee holds one

Members claim a wristband in the app the moment it's released. Guests get theirs from the member who invited them — no app required.

Getting in

Shown and verified

At entry, the member opens their pass to a single screen — name, photo, event, one Check In. The Sober verifies and taps. Checked in, timestamped, live.

Checked in

As it happens

Every check-in lands the moment it happens — one tap, timestamped.

Live attendance

Every name, as it lands

Admins watch the roster build in real time — name by name, chapter by chapter.

The record

Documented.Defensible.Named.

Every Nojo event closes into a named, role-based list of exactly who checked in and who didn’t — when each person checked in, and who worked the door. It protects the chapter, and the people running it, long after the lights come up.

Named
every entry is a person, not a count
Role-based

Permanent
exportable, kept after the event

Four roles.One system.

Everyone sees exactly what their role needs — nothing more.

Owns the chapter

Runs the roster, grants Admin access, holds the subscription. Everything an Admin can do, plus chapter governance.

A

Admin

Runs the events

The Social Chair or Risk Manager. Creates events, invites chapters, allocates wristbands, manages the guest list.

M

Member

Holds the pass

Claims a wristband when it's released, adds guests when the list is open, shows the pass at the door.

S

Sober

Works the door

Assigned per event, not a standing role. Verifies passes at the door, checks people in, sees the live count all night.
