How does billing work?
Per semester, billed every 6 months from your signup date — it matches how chapters actually plan. One charge per chapter.
How is the member count set?
By active member accounts in the app — not a self-reported roster. At signup it starts from your expected chapter size, then trues up at each renewal. Growing chapters pay more at the next renewal, shrinking chapters pay less. Never mid-cycle.
Is there a minimum?
$600 per semester. It applies at 40 active members or fewer.
Does the price cap our members?
No. The count sets the price, not a seat limit. Every member can always create an account.
Can we cancel?
Anytime before your renewal date — access runs through the end of the paid period. No refunds after billing.
What if we sign up mid-semester?
Full price, and your 6 months run from the day you sign up.
